Joseph L. Cerbone ~ JLC, Christmas & Nite Time Decor
President
Joe, founder of JLC, plays an active role in overseeing the day to day operations both in the office and the field. As JLC’s primary designer and estimator, Joe is involved in all phases of every landscape project.
Joe began his education at Suffolk County Community College, receiving an AAS Degree with distinction in Landscape Development. He then went on to SUNY Cobleskill, where he received a Bachelors of Technology Degree in Plant Science. From there, he went on to Dowling College, where he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a Post Masters Certificate in Total Quality Management.
Leadership, hard work and his Total Quality Management philosophy have been the driving force of the success and growth of the companies. Dedicated to providing quality, professional and dependable service, Joe is JLC’s quality control.

Mike Desposito ~Desposito Electric, Christmas & Nite Time Décor
Manager

Certified by Ideal & Wire Mold for designing, running and terminating all data and communication wire
NILLA Certified
Mike is a Master Electrician who trains team members on lighting and electrical components throughout the companies.
Simply put, Mike is the repair man and go-to guy!

Crew Leader, Landscape & Masonry Division

Rob manages the daily field operations of our landscape construction and planting teams. During the holiday season, Rob manages one of our Christmas Décor crews ensuring quality workmanship for our clients and safety for our team.

Designer, Sales Associate & Crew Leader
Pete handles all aspects of outdoor lighting design consultations and sales. As a crew leader, Pete manages and oversees our installation team. He plays an integral role in ensuring the quality workmanship of every installation.

Assistant Crew Leader, Landscape & Masonry Division
Luis manages the daily operations of our small landscape construction and planting team. He handles translating/training and team building with our team members. His motivation and active leadership role makes him a great asset to our team.

Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Karen received an Associates in Business Administration from Suffolk County Community College. She handles various accounting and payroll functions as well as manages the daily operations of the office. Karen is a truly dedicated team member whose warm and friendly personality makes her an asset to our companies!

Susan Cooper
Office Associate
Sue supports the sales and installation teams throughout the companies. She handles all aspects of client relations, including setting appointments, scheduling, tracking jobs and follow-up calls. Her attention to detail and conscientious manner in all aspects of her work helps ensure that every job runs smoothly.
